I Believe

I believe in our capable spirits. I believe that our higher consciousness will guide us when we make an intentional choice to align our lives with Divine Love and Light.

No matter what our background or traumatic wounding stories, they are not our identity, unless we choose to make them so. We can feed and enlarge our pain and retraumatize our mind and body on a daily basis by repeating the same old wounding stories. Or we can forgive ourselves and all who contributed to the drama, and be free to move on, to heal and to grow in love. Forgiveness frees us from our past and opens the door to new, vibrant possibilities.

It is a hero’s’ journey to move out of the darkness of hate and into the light of love. It takes a courageous spirit to journey into unknown territory.

If the point of our lives is to gain Higher Learning through our life experiences, than there is no better time to let go of victimhood and become the magnificent creators we came into this life to be.

I believe in the hero in us. Our loving kindness shines in the darkness.
