Forgiveness Prayer

• I forgive anyone who has hurt me, knowingly or unknowingly, realizing that they were doing the best they could with the tools they had and the circumstances of their lives.
• In the same manner, I ask forgiveness of anyone I may have hurt, knowingly or unknowingly, realizing that I was doing the best I could with the tools I had and the circumstances of my life.
• I forgive myself for any way I may have hurt myself, knowingly or unknowingly, realizing that I was doing the best I could with the tools I had and the circumstances of my life.

At the end of each prayer, shower those whom you have forgiven as well as yourself, with golden sparkles of Divine light, love, grace, and joy, wishing for each soul’s fulfillment on their journey in this life and beyond.
