Inner Listening Therapy

flowerA compassionate method of healing and presence

$80/1.5 hours – Long Distance Inner Listening on line is now available and very effective.

Inner Listening accesses the source of emotional pain, healing unconscious wounds to the Self and their resulting perceptions triggering the “fight or flight” mechanisms in the body causing stress, conflict and disease.

Using a technique of compassionate noticing, listening and energy work, I will guide you out of your head and into bodily awareness, leading you to the source of the uneasiness which brought you to the session. We will be present to the uneasiness through a guided process of breathing and compassionate noticing, allowing the energy to unfold, reveal its wisdom, and release.

I cannot over stress the importance of getting out of your head in order to heal. It is your thinking, judgments and perceptions, after all, which caused the problem in the first place. Unlike cognitive therapies, Inner Listening can access unconscious wounds in one session and give you tools for a new, centered, non-reactive way of living.

When might Inner Listening help me?

Inner Listening may alleviate a broad range of symptoms while giving you tools to be present and compassionate to yourself.

Inner Listening can address and heal the sources of:

  • Stress, fear, anxiety, depression, anger, negativity, worthlessness, blockages and the inability to move on in life.
  • Headaches and “being in the head too much.”
  • Bodily pain
  • Feelings of victimization.
  • Defensive, aggressive and emotional reactions that seem to outweigh the triggering event.
  • Blame, worry, past/future orientation, over work, alcohol, food and drug abuse.

birdYour Inner Listening experience is unique to you and will access what you need and are ready to be with. Your IL experience may include the following:

  • Feeling of deep inner peace and connection to your body.
  • Release of blocked energy as you honor what you need to be with.
  • Awareness of where and how you hold feelings in your body.
  • Peacefulness from allowing yourself to be where you already are without trying to change yourself or make yourself feel anyway other way.
  • Connection to your soul.

The process of Inner Listening is like having someone help you clean out your refrigerator of all the old rotten food that has been collecting over the years. It has been stinking and making everything else taste bad. It is a job you have been avoiding. But once done, you are delighted, feel better and it is easier to keep clean.
